HOP (House of Persuasions) Shoppe is an online store managed by TradeCentric Marketing. Our company is a social enterprise company seeking to incorporate advocacy groups involved in the production of raw materials, manufacturing, and shipment in our supply chain. As the company was built by dog lovers, our primary beneficiary is an animal shelter in the Philippines. You may have noticed that some products are bundled with donation products intended for Mandaluyong Animal Shelter

The company was established in August 2014 as a social enterprise, the main advocacy of which is animal welfare. As we are a startup SME company, we are still building our network to involve other advocacy groups in either our supply chain or as beneficiary. As it is, we are in collaboration with a single mothers organization in Manila for our manufacturing requirements and are in talks with the Mandaluyong Animal Shelter in Metro Manila to develop a program to increase adoption and awareness for the shelter dogs

TradeCentric Marketing has a transparency pledge for all donations. You can verify the status of donations through email (if you choose to be informed through email) or through our website tradecentric.net (launch Nov 15, 2014). The following information will be provided: Date of donation event, OR and batch number, photos of the event, and a signed document from the shelter officials that the donations were received. Our pledge is to be transparent in all our donation activities.

Not at the moment. We are still developing a program for cash donations to be used for awareness promotions and adoption program for the Mandaluyong Animal Shelter. There are some legal issues that need to be addressed and we want to be sure there will not be any loopholes in the handling of cash donations and all transaction are transparent and will be made available to donors and the public. However, there is nothing stopping you if you want to donate to the Mandaluyong Animal Shelter. They need dog food and basic pet care products for their daily maintenance needs. They do not accept cash donations.

This is the essence of a social enterprise company. We have an advocacy aside from looking for a profit. A social enterprise company is business entity that addresses a social issue or problem. The profits from which are re-invested to the community or cause. Our goal is to make cities adopt a no-kill policy for animal shelters by building industries around animal welfare and showing people and local governments that it can be profitable to keep the dogs alive until they find foster parents. We sell fashion items - bags, tees, shorts, and handicraft items, mostly sourced from local materials. We will be updating our product line in the coming weeks.
